

Meeting Rooms and Event Locations
We offer a variety of unique meeting spaces for groups from 10 to 650. Get away from the ordinary with our distinctive interior and exterior spaces for meetings, social gatherings, banquets and receptions. Host your next luncheon, dinner, special celebration or meeting at your home on the lake—The Conference Center at George Williams College.
The Beasley Campus Center Dining Hall and Seabury Auditorium—multi-functional rooms with open, spacious areas for group activities; accommodates up to 250
The Board Room—located directly off the scenic Steinhaus Circle, a perfect small meeting space with seating for 12
The Bistro—an intimate setting for a meeting, reception or casual get-together with a fine selection of wine and beer, featuring a marble bar, natural stone fireplace, comfortable furnishings and French doors opening onto the Simeon B. Chapin Patio; may be reserved separately for a reception of up to 50, or in conjunction with the Executive Dining Room for up to 100 reception guests
Emery Lodge
- Emery A—an intimate, warm environment, complete with fireplace, beamed A-frame ceiling, wet bar and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lake for groups up to 50
- Emery B and C—functional space for groups up to 35
The Executive Dining Room—a perfect setting for dinners or meetings, featuring a natural stone fireplace and a wall of French doors opening onto the Simeon B. Chapin Patio with views of the lake and grounds; accommodates up to 50
The Ferro Pavilion —a beautiful outdoor pavilion overlooking Geneva Lake and gardens, complete with stage and open patio for receptions; accommodates up to 350
The George Williams Memorial Room —a unique location for special, intimate dinners in this historically accurate reproduction of the Victorian room in London where George Williams and his colleagues founded the YMCA; perfect for four to 10 guests
Mabel Cratty Hall—an historic building, designed in the prairie style, offering charming views of the lake, with a wrap-around porch, stone fireplace and vaulted beamed ceilings; perfect for meetings, dinners and cocktail parties for groups up to 100
The Simeon B. Chapin Patio—a distinctive outdoor location, available on its own or in conjunction with The Bistro and the Executive Dining Room; round tables and chairs for seating up to 130 or theatre-style seating for up to 200
Upper and Lower Lewis Hall—a gracious and historical building providing multi-function rooms for groups up to 350
Winston Paul Educational Center
- Carrie Ann Room—a unique meeting space with high-beamed ceilings and a spectacular view of the lake, offering meeting space for groups up to 110
- Winston Paul, B and C—smaller, charming rooms that accommodate groups up to 35
- Additional classrooms and computer lab—may also be available for meeting space
